Thank you for your purchase and support. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any damages, lost, or stolen packages. It is your responsibility to file a report with the carrier (such as USPS or UPS).

In the event a package is returned to sender, you will be responsible for shipping costs, and we will resend your products. For international orders, please be aware of your country's rules and regulations regarding product imports. We are not liable for items held by customs if they are prohibited, nor for any customs fees that may be by your local customs office for international shipments.
